Refund and Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Ummah Comforts discloses the following refund and return policy:

1. All Sales Final

• Due to the highly discounted nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

• If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered, customers must notify us within 48 hours at support@ummahcomforts.com.

• In such cases, Ummah Comforts may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout.

• Ummah Comforts will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Governing Law

• This Refund Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020 of India.
